ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed without delay and all available merchandise should arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days. Currently, we are unable to provide instantaneous verification of product availability. All orders are subject to availability. We generally do not place items on back order and will ship all available items. Typographical or application errors are subject to correction at the time of order processing. Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment. Therefore, if an item is unavailable, naturally your credit card will not be charged for the unavailable items.
We regret that we can only accept orders with CONTINENTAL U.S.,Alaska or Hawaii billing and shipping addresses. Prices and payments are in US dollars.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Do not accept packages that appear to be damaged. Should this occur, please notify us via email. You will be charged a fixed rate of $3.95 per order shipped within the CONTINENTAL U.S. via USPS First Class Mail. Note that we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $50 shipped within the Continental U.S. We're sorry but this does not apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii you will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 per package. We regret that international, overseas or Canada delivery is not possible at this time.
We're sorry but Priority Shipping is not available at this time as all items are custom made to order.
